About Jen

Chaos-born. System-forged. Human-first strategist.

I solve impossible problems because people deserve better.

TL;DR (But You’ll Want to Read It All)

I was forged in chaos.
Raised in control.
Outcast from the start.
And still, I rose.

I’m a tactical visionary, a paradox embodied:
logical and emotional,
stabilizer and disruptor,
defender and builder.

I reverse-engineered the human world just to survive it - and now I use that insight to repair it.

I help systems evolve.
I do hard things.
And I never stop caring.

The Living Paradox

I crave novelty and stability.
Freedom and order.
Speed and strategy.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or flatline “balance.”
I believe in titration. In responsive steering. In stabilizing systems so they can move.

Life, work, growth - none of it should be mid.
It should build, release, recover. Weather storms, then harness them.

I’m a paradox.
I name elephants and hold empathy.
I code and compose.
I attack dysfunction and defend what’s sacred.

And I do the right thing - not because I was told to.
Because it’s right. And because I chose to.

Reverse-Engineering My Life

I’ve always been different.

As a child, I didn’t understand the world, so I studied it.
Not casually - surgically.
I watched. Measured. Questioned. Pattern-matched.

I wasn’t taught how to belong, so I learned systems instead:

  • Music, decoded as logic

  • Computers, as companions who responded to reason

  • Textbooks, card catalogues, and encyclopedia rabbit holes as blueprints for understanding a world I couldn’t naturally navigate

The world was confusing, but systems made sense.
I couldn’t trust people, but I could trust math.
I couldn’t change the culture, but I could change code.

And that became the pattern of my life.

The Flame That Wouldn’t Die

I’ve been underestimated since the beginning.
Bullied for being smart.
Kicked out for being different.
Controlled for being bold.

By the time I graduated high school, my parents told me:

“You’re on your own. No money. No home. No help.”

So I found work. Moved in with strangers. Paid for college myself.

I got a Computer Programmer Analyst diploma because I couldn’t afford university - yet still needed to prove I belonged.

Then I joined a small nonprofit. And I rebuilt it from the inside.
I became their one-woman IT department while still in school.

I implemented compounding systems that empowered staff to support hundreds of people with disabilities - because they mattered. Because the work mattered. Because no one else could.
And because I cared.

Chaos Strategist, Human Systems Engineer

I don’t just build software. I heal systems.

I find the real problem beneath the noise.
I see the structure beneath the crisis.
I know where to add pressure - and where to apply grace.

I’ve modernized legacy platforms, migrated chaotic data, sunset bloated vendors, and architected new systems that do what the old ones never could:
serve the people doing the work.

Everything I do is built for human relief and clarity.
I make complexity breathable. I make the invisible visible.
I solve the hard stuff - strategically, surgically, and with soul.

Still Standing. Still Kind.

People have misunderstood me forever.

They call me difficult when I ask a sharp question.
Aggressive when I name what they won’t.
Arrogant when I synthesize too fast.
Too much, too blunt, too intense, too everything.

But I’m not here to hurt people.
I’m here to help.
Even when they don’t like me.
Even when they don’t understand.

Because I care.
Because I see what’s broken.
Because I’ve spent my life fixing what shouldn’t have been broken in the first place.

What's Next: My Way

I’ve spent most of my life being controlled.
Religious dogma. Abuse at home. Toxic teams.
I was always surviving someone else’s rules.

Now, for the first time, I’m free.
Free to swing big.
Free to do it my way - guided by values, aligned with what’s right.
Not to control, but to build boldly - with care, clarity, and purpose.

I’m looking for:

  • Brave collaborators

  • High-leverage problems

  • Big, complex, meaningful work

Not because I had to. Because I chose to.

Let’s build something bold, human-first,
and impossible to ignore.
